First couple days at Cyndi's
Cyndi is one of the hardest working mothers I've ever been with. Aside from taking us out exploring the island and ocean, she has worked every day on something around the house. Here she is spreading gravel in her driveway with my two eager helpers.
Looking for a good fishing spot.
Getting the fishing poles ready.
Teaching Micah how to tie a hook to a line.
Scott and Cyndi fishing.

Boat ride and beach combing
The boys were so excited about going on a boat with a motor!
Driving to an island to beach comb.
Lots of crabs, snails, eels, starfish and anemonies! My boys are made of more than just frogs, snails and puppy dog tails!
Scott got to ride on Cyndi's shoulders due to the rocky beach. Actually we were trying to hurry to the boat before the high tide passed the anchor. We made it.

Visiting a friend's beach
Memorial Day afternoon was spent at Cyndi and Jeff's friends house. We had a barbecue and enjoyed beach time. The water was so cold that I had brain freeze when I went in barefoot.
Mitchell jumped in first,
followed by Danielle! Burr!
It was hard to get the boys to get out of the boat. It was a beautiful hot sunny day with a cool breeze.
Playing badmitten. Micah hit the birdie a couple times! I don't know if it went over the net, I was just so excited he hit it!

We're going to Cyndi's House!
My boys and I enjoyed our first ferry ride! On our way to visit Cyndi, Jeff, Mitchell and Danielle.
While looking for whale and porpoises, Micah yells what he sees in the ocean. "Red jellyfish, red jellyfish, red jellyfish, KELP!"
SO BRIGHT OUTSIDE! We didn't see whale or porpoise on this ferry ride. Maybe on our way home.
