The Maze

The boys going through the maze was so adorable. Micah held Scott's hand the whole way because Scott was gewg (scared). I was so proud that Micah is always so patient with Scott (the wanna be like big brother copycat).

We walked through the Science part of the State Fair and I couldn't resist taking a picture of my man hanging as long as he could on a bar.

Petting Zoo at State Fair

Scott sure tries to be as brave as his big brother Micah. In the first picture Scott is a broken record saying, "oh, my"! to a bunch of piglets that were a few days old. While standing in line to pet the animals he's so upset that we can't go in NOW that he cries. When we finally get in he's shaking with fear wanting me to hold him almost the whole time. Near the end of our 5 minutes he's more brave. Micah on the other hand is all over the animals requesting quarters and feed to feed the animals. Micah seemed at home and very gentle with the animals.

State Fair #1

Thanks to my sister Angie, my boys got to go on a bunch of fun rides at the State Fair this year. We stayed a lot longer than we wanted to but it was nice to have a full, fun, draining day!

Micah's birthday

Micah sure enjoyed turning five! During the day he had this look on his face, he tried to hide his smile by opening his mouth and turning his head downward when he smiled. We did what he wished for and went out camping and fishing. It was a bonus when we encountered a fireworks display. Simon landed a silver salmon the next day!

Scott's birthday

HI! I know....I've been slacking off. I'd like to post stuff at least twice a month from now on.

Scott had an ok day. I believe he caught a cold from the airplane. As you can see, two pictures have Scott licking his upper lip. I went through so many tissues that day. Here they are enjoying the birthday gifts.
